More holes than Swiss Cheese with Leapion Laser

#Leapion laser is now undergoing major reconstruction the more we investigate the more issues we are finding. However, in general, it is fair to say the principle of the machine's design is okay. But the implementation of the build is shocking and difficult to believe a company like #Leapion would have such poor quality control they would release such a machine to their customer. Clearly, the technicians who constructed this machine had no interest in their work and no pride in craftsmanship or simply no skills and knowledge. We, therefore, took the decision to strip the machine and rebuild from the ground up.

One small example of poor workmanship on either side of the laser are cover plates. These plates are held in place by four small bolts. Look at the photo and you'll see three-hole drilled for one bolt! Drilled the hole in the wrong place? Don't worry just drill another hole next to it. Broke the head of the screw off did you? Don't worry just leave the broken screw in situ and hope the customer doesn't cut their finger! Our #Leapion Laser cover plate looks like a slice of Swiss cheese. So we are in the process of now replacing these cover plates and removing broken screw heads.
