Truly unbelievable a brand new laser machine, custom-built and shipped from China to the UK. When we opened the crate we could not believe our eyes on the poor condition and quality that was sent to us. Leapion refused to accept there was anything wrong with what they supplied.  Honestly, as a business, we are shocked we were treated by Leapion in this way.  Our only recourse is to tell our story and let others thinking of purchasing equipment from Leapion to be aware of what happened to us in 2020.
